We use several different couriers dependent on your location.

Orders placed before 11AM are normally dispatched the same working day, standard delivery is 3-5 working days.Standard delivery is normally three to five working days.

If you place an order and select next day delivery we will do our best to ensure that the item or items arrive with you as ordered, we can not guatantee this, if a product is out of stock any next day extra payment will be refunded to your account, you will then have the choice of waiting for the product to come into stock or a full refund .

(some larger items ie Nexus & Cloverleaf filter systems will be dispatched direct by the manufacturer).

In the event of an item being out of stock for more than three days we will contact you either by phone or email.

Any order can be sent to a work address if required ,please put in the extra details at checkout.

Small items under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail (recorded delivery).

All orders require a signature.
